Eligibility for Returns

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.

Exceptions

  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Gift cards cannot be refunded.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
