How long does it take to make my jewelry?

Silver rings usually take 2–5 business days to make. Solid gold rings and rings with solid gold bands or rims usually take 7–14 business days. Silver rings with gold-leaf, gold-powder or molten-gold surface decoration follow the silver-ring estimate. Other designs usually take 3–7 business days. Timing varies by design; check the product details or contact us before ordering if you have a deadline. Shipping time is additional.

When will my order arrive?

Standard shipping usually takes 10–12 business days to the United States and 10–15 business days to Europe and other destinations after dispatch. Standard shipping is free to most destinations. For Puerto Rico, Bulgaria, Croatia, Liechtenstein and Malta, standard shipping costs US$15 per order and express shipping costs US$38 per order; available services are shown at checkout. Where offered, express shipping costs US$38 and usually takes 4–7 business days after dispatch. Available options are shown at checkout. These estimates do not include production time, and delivery can vary by destination and customs clearance. Any applicable import duties, taxes or customs fees are the recipient's responsibility. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. You can also use our Track Order page.

Can I personalize my jewelry?

Engraving and birthstone options are available on selected designs. Available options, placement and character limits depend on the product. Follow the instructions on its product page. For handwriting, symbols or a special request, contact us before ordering.

Is gift packaging available?

Standard packaging is included. An optional gift packaging upgrade is available, with personalization options shown on the Gift Packaging page.

How do I choose my ring size?

Our ring sizes use US sizing. For the most reliable result, use a proper ring sizer or have your finger measured by a local jeweler. String measurements are only an estimate. See our Ring Size Guide and check the sizes available for your chosen design.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, exercise or using cleaning products. Avoid direct contact with perfume and lotions. Store pieces separately in a dry place and gently clean with a soft cloth. For oxidized or darkened finishes, avoid polishing the dark areas or using chemical cleaners, which may change the finish.

Can I return my order?

Standard designs without engraving or customized gemstones, including solid gold rings in your chosen standard size, are eligible for returns. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn and undamaged condition, with proof of purchase. Engraved items, products with customized gemstones, and other customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Gift cards are non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the issue is our fault.
